We are open by appointment only, 7 days a week, to provide the best care to our guests. We try to be flexible with drop off and collection times.

We offer pet boarding for most small pets; rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, chinchillas, pygmy hedgehogs, birds and reptiles. We do offer ferret boarding, however this is away from other pets and only available off peak and subject to availability.

If your pet has not been listed, please contact us to enquire.

Yes, we require all rabbits to be up to date on their vaccinations for their safety and the safety of other pets in our care. Proof of vaccination records will need to be seen.

Yes, we do! It is £5.00 per pet when brought to us or during your pets stay with us. If you'd like us to come to you, there will be an additional charge of £5.00 for up to 10 miles from our address.

Grooming of rabbits and guinea pigs is available on request.

Yes, we are able to pick your pet up and drop them back at the end of their stay. This is charged at £10.00 within a 10 mile radius of us.

For rabbits and guinea pigs, all you need to bring is a suitable carrier for them to arrive in, and their usual nuggets (to prevent upset tummies). You are welcome to bring your pets favourite items, for example blankets, toys or treats. Everything else is provided. Please see our Prices page for more information.

For all other pets, we ask that you bring their enclosure and suitable food for the duration of their stay. 

Please send us a message to check availability. We will need a booking form completed and a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per hutch to secure the booking.
